best place ever!!!! you must listen to giovanni and do all the things he tells you to do (especially go to gino\'s pizzeria!!). most fun i\'ve ever had. make sure to stay more than just a couple of nights so he will make you dinner, play guitar and sing old neapolitan songs.

You could not ask for a more generous and caring host. Giovanni creates a warm and open environment in the hostel. He is wonderful not to mention, he truly brings the city to life for his guests with all of his information and guidance. Naples is a beautiful place with much to offer. Enjoy your stay! PS--ask him to sing!

Giovanni was a little overprotective of the guests. It almost felt like I was staying at my grandfather's. But he was really sweet and cooked dinner for everyone two nights in a row. At check in he gave a thorough history of the city, good places to visit and a map. It really felt like I was a guest in a home, not at a hostel.

Great Hostel! Enjoyed everything about it including Giovanni himself. He is an interesting man that knows a lot about Naples and the South. He'll tell you all about Naples and what's to see around there. He might even cook you a meal and sing you a song! If you have the chance go!

Giovanni's Home is the best hostel I have ever stayed in, hands down. As soon as we arrived, he gave us helpful tips concerning our security, and how to spread out our time in Naples. He was always around, and his warm, welcoming personality made me feel totally comfortable in the hostel. Plus, he made all the hostelers dinner one night, and taught us all Italian songs. Unforgettable experience!

Giovanni's was like home. He made us dinner, gave amazing tips on what to do in the city, gave us a history of Naples. He cares about the safety of every individual in the hostel. Giovanni made my trip to Naples absolutely amazing.

Giovanni is awesome! It's a great experience to stay here! However, the doors to the rooms do not lock and there are no security lockers. Also, the bathrooms were a little gross and some of the showers had mold growing in them.

Giovanni is amazing!!! stay here if at all possible. he'll spend your first two hours telling you what to do around naples so be prepared. but the time is well spent. he definately knows his city. he doesn't allow drunk ppl, but naples isn't really a city for drinking anyway. i promise it's worth it!

Giovanni's hostel is the only place I would ever consider staying at in Naples. Giovanni creates an incredible atmosphere, that really does feel like home. It is safe, clean, perfectly located, and packed full of interesting people. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I even moved my plane ticket to stay longer! Listen to his advice: it comes from the heart and is spot on.

really liked it. though our check-in was a bit long.Giovanni is helpful and will tell you all about naples, hes a funny character, though a bit odd, even gave me a guidebook after he asked where we were going that day. no breakfast, but giovanni made pasta dinner one night, theres a kitchen, definitely a place to meet friends.nice outside terrace that houses Giovannis caged birds. rooms clean, bathrooms werent terrible, free internet ( but runs slow). loved it
